- After that, the therapist will provide a detailed outline of Lipomassage treatments and home care recommendations.

- Do not eat for 1.5 hours before the procedure
- Drink a glass of water before the procedure
- It is also advisable to drink a glass of water after the procedure. Do not eat for about 2 hours. Then, if you feel hungry, you can eat a small amount of high protein food but no carbohydrates.
- A 20-minute fast walk or exercise is recommended after the procedure. This will enhance the effect of the procedure for several hours.
