Carbon Laser Facial
The Laser Carbon Facial, also known as a Carbon Peel, is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that uses a special Carbon-based Paste and a Laser to exfoliate and rejuvenate the skin.
The Carbon Facial is a relatively new skin treatment. However, it has gained popularity recently due to its non-invasive nature and ability to produce visible results with minimal downtime.
Today, the Carbon Facial is available at many skincare clinics and medical spas worldwide. It continues to gain popularity as a safe, effective, and affordable option for individuals looking to improve the appearance and health of their skin.
It is generally considered safe with minimum downtime, although some people may experience mild redness, swelling, or flaking after the treatment.
The Laser Carbon Facial is often used to treat a range of skin concerns, including:
- Improved Skin Texture: Carbon facial helps to exfoliate the skin and remove dead skin cells, revealing a smoother and more radiant complexion.
- Reduced Acne: The carbon particles penetrate deep into the pores, helping to unclog them and reduce the appearance of acne and blackheads. Also, the heat generated by the laser can kill the bacteria that contribute to acne breakouts.
- Reduced Pore Size: The heat from the laser used in the carbon facial also helps to tighten the skin and reduce the appearance of enlarged pores.
- Stimulated Collagen Production: The Carbon Skin Rejuvenating Facial can stimulate collagen production, which is essential for maintaining skin elasticity and firmness.
- Even Skin Tone: Carbon facial can help to reduce the appearance of age spots, sun spots, and other types of hyperpigmentation, resulting in a more even skin tone.
- Minimal Downtime: Carbon facial is a non-invasive procedure that typically has minimal downtime. Some redness may appear 2-3 days after treatment.
However, it’s important to note that the results of Carbon Laser Facials may vary from person to person, and multiple sessions may be required to achieve optimal results.

There are a few things that clients can do to prepare for the procedure and ensure the best results:
Before Treatment:
- Clients should avoid at least 2 weeks of sun exposure and skin treatments, such as chemical peels or Microdermabrasion. Sunburned or tanned skin can increase the risk of side effects, such as burns or hyperpigmentation.
- Avoid retinoids: Clients should avoid using topical retinoids for at least one week before the treatment.
- Avoid certain medications: Clients should inform their skincare professional if they take any medications that can increase the risk of bruising or bleeding, such as aspirin or blood thinners.
- Avoid heavy Cosmetic on the Face.
Carbon Peel Treatment:
- Cleansing: Skin will be cleaned thoroughly before the treatment, removing all makeup and dirt. This will help the carbon-based lotion to penetrate the skin more effectively.
- Carbon Paste Application: Carbon-based lotion is applied to the skin. The lotion comprises microscopic carbon particles that penetrate deep into the skin’s pores.
- Laser Application: A Q-switched Nd: YAG laser is typically used for Carbon Skin rejuvenation.
- This laser emits short pulses of high-intensity light absorbed by the skin’s carbon particles, vaporizing them and removing any impurities that may have been trapped in the pores. The Nd: YAG laser has a wavelength of 1064nm, ideal for treating pigmentation and acne and improving skin texture and tone.
- The Q-switched mode of the Nd: YAG laser produces high-intensity pulses in very short durations, which allows for precise targeting of the carbon particles and reduces the risk of damage to the surrounding skin. Additionally, laser energy stimulates collagen production in the skin, which can help to improve skin elasticity and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
- After Treatment: A soothing moisturizer and SPF 50+ will be applied to the skin. The laser practitioner will provide home-care instructions for faster skin recovery.
