PRIMA BRITANNIA LASER & SKIN CLINIC POLICY.

We would like all our clients to get the maximum benefits and pleasure from their experience with Prima Britannia Laser Clinic. The general information and guidelines below will help clients collaborate with our professional team for the best results and satisfaction.

Your journey will start in the reception area, where you will be greeted by the Clinic Coordinator. The coordinator will check you in and provide you with general information about our services and products. You will also be offered a soft drink or high-quality tea or coffee.

BOOKING

For the client’s comfort, our clinic offers different appointment booking methods.

– You can call the clinic on 02087417420 during our working hours

from 10 am to 7 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays.
– You can book your treatments online, directly from our website.
– You can email us directly or use the contact form on our website at https://www.primabritannia.co.uk/contact-us/

We advise you to provide us with up-to-date information and the correct mobile phone number, and on the day before your appointment, you will receive an SMS text reminder. This is a complimentary reminder.

YOUR ARRIVAL

Arriving a few minutes before your appointment would be advisable as you can relax before your treatment and have time to discuss your procedure.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you arrive late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. However, in some circumstances, treatment time may be shortened, or appointments may have to be rescheduled.

CANCELLATIONS AND “NO SHOW” 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must let us know 24 hours before your appointment for treatments which require less than one hour to perform.
48 hours notice is required for Laser Hair removal, Body Packages, and any advanced treatments requiring more than 1-1.5 hours to perform.
Where notice is not given, treatment will be deducted from your course.
A “NO SHOW FEE” of £50 for single treatments will be charged before further bookings.
Frequent cancellations will result in full advance payments being taken for new bookings

COURSES

All prepaid LASER HAIR REMOVAL courses are non-refundable and are valid for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.

All prepaid FACE AND BODY courses are non-refundable and are valid for SIX MONTHS from the date of purchase.

Any money paid but not used during this time will be forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund or credit for alternative treatment.

If your course is interrupted for health reasons or you move from the area, the treatments you used will be deducted from the reimbursement for a single treatment.

CONSULTATION

Prima Britannia Laser Clinic offers a range of advanced laser and aesthetic treatments. Most of our services require consultation before treatment.

EXISTING CLIENTS – For our regular clients, all consultations are FREE.

NEW CLIENTS – We may ask you to pay a £20 deposit, which will be redeemed for treatment.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION FEE £25 will be redeemed against treatments.

PATCH TEST

A patch test is required for certain services, including Laser treatments and Chemical Peels, 24 to 48 hours before treatment. In rare cases, if you experience a reaction, we may ask you to contact the clinic within 24 hours via email or phone.

TREATMENTS

During your appointment, you will be under the care of our therapist.

LAST MINUTES APPOINTMENTS

You can now make a “LAST MINUTES APPOINTMENT” and receive up to 50% discount off single treatment prices. These options are available on our website, www.primabritannia.co.uk or call the clinic directly on 02087417420

HEALTH CONCERNS

During consultation, you should let us know if you have any concerns regarding your health or take any prescribed medication. Please notify us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Please immediately inform the clinic of any condition that causes concern no later than 7 days after treatment.

MOBILE PHONES

Please ensure your mobile phone is switched off or silent to maximise your experience with us and other clients and practitioners.
Any photographs or videos inside our clinic are prohibited without permission.

CHILDREN

Children under 14 are not permitted in the clinic without being accompanied by an adult.
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to receive any treatments.
Children 16 to 18 years old are required to be accompanied by their parents during consultation. However, some treatments can be provided to children 16 to 18 after the written permission of their parents.
Children are not permitted in the treatment room during consultation or services.

GENERAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY 

The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information in compliance with data protection laws. (GDPR 2018.) We will comply with data protection laws. This says that the personal information we hold about you must be:

  • We collect information only for valid purposes that we have clearly explained to you and do not use it in any way incompatible with those purposes.
  • Used lawfully, fairly and transparently.
  • Relevant to the purposes we have told you about and limited only to those purposes.
  • It is accurate and kept up to date. We will keep it as long as necessary for the purposes we have told you about.
  • Kept securely.
