Redermalisation as a strategy for skin rejuvenation
The problem of skin ageing is the No Number 1 problem in modern aesthetic medicine and one of the main reasons for patients to see an aesthetician. One cannot reverse the laws of nature, but you can significantly slow down the aging process of ageing.
Skin ageing is the reason why so many cosmetic products with new properties are being designed, although so few of them stand the test of practice and time. With good reason, REDERMALISATION products can be attributed to this category. Due to their unique composition, they have become the means for true skin rejuvenation, and particularly, the dermis. The procedure that involves injecting HYALURONIC ACID into the skin is called Redermalisation. The literal translation of Redermalisation (“re + “dermis”) means “dermis restoration.”
How is Redermalisation procedure unique?
REDERMALISATION, both the name and the treatment, was created at Institute Hyalual in Switzerland; since then, it has grown popular with professionals. In 2013, Institute Hyalual won the Innovative Technology Award in The Aesthetics Awards London.
Redermalisation is administering Hyaluronic-acid-based intradermal injections by using a special method.
XELA REDERM is a unique product that comprises two active ingredients: Succinic and Hyaluronic acids. Both substances are physiological (exist in the human body tissue), safe, and very effective as anti-ageing agents.
HYALURONIC ACID holds epidermal moisture, restores water balance in the skin, and enforces an antioxidant and metabolic effect of Succinic acid. Hyaluronic acid creates the conditions for young cells to act and grow, while Succinic acid restores cellular energy to its younger state.
SUCCINIC ACID neutralises free radicals and optimizes cell metabolism, improving cell recovery.
Following the very first treatment, patients report a substantially increased level of skin moisture and firmness. A recommended course of four treatments improves skin colour and elasticity, evens out texture, lessens wrinkles, and provides significant anti-ageing and lifting effects.
Redermalisation has many uses for the correction of age-related problems:
- wrinkles of the face, neck, and décolleté
- face and body skin laxity
- skin hydration
- preparation for laser resurfacing
- treatment of scars and stretch marks
The Redermalisation procedure is “ageless” and causes no complications. Even celebrities such as Madonna uses and fully appreciate its value. The procedure is not only effective but also affordable.
For instant skin rejuvenation we recommend the Redermalisation treatment combine with other Prima Britannia Laser Clinic procedures:
- WRINKLES RELAXING INJECTIONS

The REDERMALISATION procedure is “ageless” and causes no complications, so it is recommended for all age groups as an ageing-prevention and skin renovation procedure.
The Redermalisation procedure is recommended for men and women over 25 years old. Not only does it give a great lifting and anti-ageing effect, but also helps your skin appear healthy after treatments of acne, rosacea or thread veins. The procedure deeply moisturises even the driest skin preventing photoageing before and after tanning.
REDERMALISATION MESOTHERAPY is very useful in preparing your skin for plastic surgery; a particularly effective technique is to administer XELA REDERM before and after blepharoplasty to avoid scarring.
It can be used in treatments of scars a month after the surgery. Also after:
- chemical peels
- laser skin resurfacing
At our clinic, the procedure is carried out by experienced aesthetic therapists, specially trained and properly certified.
What does Redermalisation Mesotherapy involve?
Before Redermalisation procedure, we always apply the anaesthetic cream, which makes treatment as comfortable as possible. Then, with a thinnest needle, a practitioner will proceed with injections of the Hyaluronic acid into the skin.
One or two hours after the procedure, you will have some small pinkish pimples remain on your face. They may last from 2 to 3 days, depending on the individuals.
The effects of lifting, softening of wrinkles, improved skin tone and skin texture will be increasing throughout the month.
Redermalisation Mesotherapy treatment gives your skin a long-lasting lifting effect, evens out face texture, defines facial contours, reduces even the deepest wrinkles, and eliminates small ones altogether. Your skin will look healthy and maintained. You will surely appreciate your fresh and rested look.

The number of treatments will depend on age and the results you wish to achieve. We usually recommend a course of 4 to 6 treatments and then a maintenance treatment every 6-12 months.
How often should I have the treatments?
Regular appointments are vital in the early stages to ensure excellent results. You should have one appointment every two weeks.

A common side effect of Mesotherapy is bruising. However this is completely normal and resolves after a few days. It is recommended to avoid the sun for 48 hours after the treatment as this will lead to skin hyperpigmentation.

It will take 2–3 days after the procedure for papules to disappear and for your skin to completely recover. A few days later you will see the changes, and the results will continue to grow for up to one month.
